Timmy Cahill thunders in winning goal

My report will follow but after at least a week of listening to the boasting of the type of team they are going to “buy” in the transfer window, Man City lost 1-0 at home with our Timmy Cahill heading in the winner as time ran down. It was a beautiful victory by the Toffees who even though they were out-manned and dealing with an assortment of injuries “out-wanted” the match. That’s heart and it can’t be bought! I’ll post my report early tomorrow morn but just thought I’d make sure all Everton supporters be aware of the great effort our side put forth today. Maybe someone at City, will listen to the jeers that led their side off at Eastlands and actually use some of their academy prospects.
