“Long” Road Back For Liverpool

By: Paul | January 13th, 2010

Another nadir for the reds tonight against an inspired Reading. Rafa Benitez must surely be fearing for his Anfield future after this abject display.

Another listless performance sees the Reds drop out of all competitions for the season and we are only mid way through January.

The repercussions of missing out on the Champions League means that rather than Liverpool not being able to afford to get rid of Rafa, it looks more like they cannot afford to keep him!

The dressing room seems to have deserted him on this lacklustre showing!

Helps ease the pain for us Blues as we begin to improve!

For crying out loud, he has to go!

For crying out loud, he has to go!

I wholeheartedly agree! Rafa is a waste of time at this point. They need to can him.

But in other good news for the Blues, Arteta and Jagielka are both back in training and should return shortly!
